Diving
This is extreme tourism for those who want to get acquainted with the extraordinary underwater world. You need to try it at least once, and then you can say with confidence that you have seen a lot in this life. Nowadays, there are many places for this type of extreme tourism. If you wish, you can simply admire the beauty of coral reefs and sea creatures, or explore sunken ships and the remains of ancient cities. The most popular places for diving in Ukraine: Odessa Underwater Museum, Malinsky Quarry, Pashinsky Quarry, Sokolovsky Quarry.
Speleo
Speleo is a special kind of extreme tourism. Extreme caves are something special: underground rivers, lakes, waterfalls, huge halls… These are kilometers of caves with only emptiness and silence. Mountaineering

And difficult weather conditions and the avalanche only add to the density of travel. They go to the mountains to test themselves, to take risks, to overcome everything and to reach the top. To do this, you need to be well physically prepared. The most popular places for mountaineering in Ukraine: Deneshi rock district on the banks of the Teterev River 20 km from Zhytomyr, an abandoned granite quarry in Korostyshiv, fabulous rocks in Buki, picturesque rocks of Yuzhnoukrainsk.
Rope jumping
Rope jumping is jumping from relatively low objects (bridges, buildings, towers, pipes and steep cliffs) using climbing ropes. Rope jumping is carried out all over Ukraine, but the most extreme is this type of recreation in Kamianets-Podilskyi on the highest bridge of Ukraine - "Swift Doe".
